About High Above Cornwall

I photograph Cornwall from above.

Most of my work happens early in the morning or late in the evening, when the light is low and colour is at its strongest.

From the ground, Cornwall is beautiful.
From the air, it becomes graphic. Layered. Powerful.

Colour is central to my work. The deep blues, rich greens and warm tones you see are shaped by light, season and timing, not heavy editing. What you see is how it looked.

Every photograph is captured and finished by me, here in Cornwall.

This is the county I grew up in. The county I know from the ground up.
